The San Jamar CBG121812GN Saf-T-Grip Cutting Board has a patented food safety hook that allows for sanitary transport and storage. Its integrated anti-slip grip corners hold the board securely in place, eliminating the need for the use of an unsanitary “wet towel”. Board features molded-through grip corners, an integrated ruler for efficient portioning and durable co-polymer construction. HACCP color-coded to minimize cross contamination.
This product measures at 1/2 inch tall by 18 inches wide by 12 inches deep. Dishwasher safe, NSF certified.
