The Cambro 66CF148 ColdFest Pan is ideal for use with Cambro food bars, buffet tables or for perishable condiments. It keeps contents chilled at or below HACCP guidelines of 41°F (41°C) without ice. To use, freeze for eight hours or overnight before filling with pre-chilled product. Can hold contents cold for up to six hours. Features high impact ABS construction and is filled with non-toxic gel. This product measures at 6-3/4 inches long by 6-3/8 inches wide by 6 inches deep with a capacity of 1.5 quarts.
