This tostada bowl maker / taco salad basket allows you to easily fry and shape tortillas into a bowl so you can serve salads and / or any of your signature dishes or dips. To use, carefully put your tortilla into the fryer and use this basket to push the tortilla down into the fryer oil. As a result, you will have a tostada shaped bowl. This basket is nickel-plated, making it easy to clean and corrosion-resistant. This product measures at an 8-1/8 inch diameter (4-1/4 inch bottom) by 5 inches deep with a 13-3/8 inch handle.
