Robot Coupe R45T Floor Standing Cutter is ideal for processing large volumes as quickly as possible: grinding meat, making mayonnaise sauces, grinding almonds, kneading, etc. Control panel has stainless steel control buttons with a 0-15 minute timer, safety indicator lights, and pulse control. Transparent polycarbonate lid enables user to monitor processing. An opening in the center of the lid allows for ingredients to be added during processing. 47 Quart tilting bowl is detachable for easy cleaning.
