Pitco SG18-S Solstice Fryer has a 70 to 90 lbs oil capacity and comes standard with a millivolt thermostat with a thermo-safety pilot, high temperature safety limit switch. Additional features include Solstice Burner Technology, 1 1/4 inch full port drain valve, integrated flue deflector and separate manual gas shutoffs for front servicing.
Constructed of stainless steel tank, cabinet front, door and sides with 9 inch adjustable legs. 140,000 BTU, NSF, CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, AuGA
