Camwear pans keep contents as cold as stainless steel pans at half the cost and can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C). It is precisely designed to Gastronorm GN specifications. The non-stick smooth interior surface increases yield and promotes easy cleaning. Its uniform 1/2 inch flange ensures the right fit in prep tables and food bars. This food pan can stack neatly, without wedging or sticking. Measures at 2-1/2 inches deep by 20-7/8 inches long by 12-3/4 inches wide with a 8.9 quart capacity.
