The Cambro 20LPCWC135 Camwear Flat Food Pan Lid is designed to support HACCP guidelines and offer operators a variety of options to help preserve product freshness, flavor and quality from the point of storage, holding and serving. Camwear lids are ideal for use in prep tables and are also help with space saving when stacking food pans in reach-in refrigerators and walk-in coolers. Use lid to cover food pan contents and reduce risk of cross contamination. Withstands temperatures from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C). Measures at 20-7/8 inches long by 6-3/8 inches wide and fits 1/2 size long food pans.
