Food pan withstands temperatures from -40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 70°C). The non-stick smooth interior surfaces increases yield and eases cleaning. The uniform 1/2 inch flange width ensures the right fit in prep tables and food bars. Measures at 6 inches deep by 12-3/4 inches long by 10-7/16 inches wide with a 9.4 quart capacity.
