Blodgett DFG-50 DBL is a double deck, half size dual flow gas convection oven. Features a dual Flow Gas system combines direct and indirect heat, electronic spark ignition control system, a removable dual tube burner, pressure regulator and manual gas service cut-off valve located in front control area and air mixers with adjustable air shutters.
