The American Range AF-50HE is a high efficiency 50 pound deep fryer. Designed with an energy efficient baffle system with special alloy metal diffuser located in the burner tube for better heat transfer. All stainless steel front and sides, with heavy gauge stainless steel tank and burner rated at 75,000 BTU/hr. Standard millivolt control system with 100% safety shut off and thermostatic control with a temperature range of 200F to 400F. 4″ legs included (shown with optional casters). 1-1/4″ full port drain valve for easy cleaning. cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, Made in USA, ENERGY STAR.
