This grills comes with a smooth surface, made of aluminum. The available electronic temperature control and timer are industry leading options. Grill is made in the USA with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel body. The hinge mechanism uses a heavy-duty torsion spring design. The grill”s “flat landing” opening provides consistent contact heating for items up to 3 inches thick. The grill operates between 175°F (79°C) and 550°F (288°C). Unit comes with a pre-wired 6 foot cord with standard NEMA 5-15 plug.
