The Equipex GES20/1 Sodir Single Liege Waffle Baker is extra heavy duty and made of cast iron. The top plate is heavily weighted, eliminating the need to clamp or rotate. The “Liege” waffle pattern is ideal for breakfast, snacks, desserts or walk around foods. Its heating zone is thermostatically controlled up to 570°F.
