Description
Baker’s Pride 152 Pizza Oven is ideal for kitchens with narrow aisles designed with shallow depth to save space while accommodating the high-volume needs of traditional cook lines. This double-stacked oven features two Cordierite decks with 8 inch deck heights and independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers for perfectly balanced results. Throttling thermostat controls temperatures ranging from 300F to 650F.
Constructed with a heavy-duty angle iron frame that is fully welded to allow for stacking. The oven exterior is made of heavy-duty stainless steel and is fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures. Bake decks measure 36 inches wide by 24-1/2 inches deep. 16 inch painted legs, 96,000 BTU, CE, NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame.
This unit is supplied to operate on natural gas. Contact customer service if propane unit is required.
